All Starhotels in Italy, London, and Paris participate in this program, with the exception of Terme di Saturnia Natural Destination, Resort & SPA Collina D’Oro in Lugano, Hermitage Hotel & Resort in Forte dei Marmi, and The Michelangelo in New York. Rates include VAT, are valid for individual bookings only, and do not include city tax. Cancellation terms with no charge will be communicated at the time of booking. A credit card is required as a guarantee when booking. Payment is due upon departure. 

Room rates do not include the discretionary contribution of 5% inclusive of VAT,  intended for Staff.
