The restaurant serves local provincial-style cooking, ranging from traditional dishes or recipes that have been reinterpreted using contemporary techniques. Our pursuit for the finest ingredients is seen in the excellent selection of specialties from the Bergamo area. Highlights come from the La Granda consortium producers: Piedmontese Fassona beef, Parma cured meats and Gragnano pasta by Eataly.
Try the traditional homemade Casunsei, created from stone grinding mills. The wine list features the very best labels from Lombardy and a fine array of Italian producers.
A generous and indulgent buffet offering a vast choice of delicious artisan croissants, cakes and pastries made by award-winning baker Luca Montersino. Try the creamy yogurts from a small dairy in the Langhe area handpicked by Eataly, seasonal fruit and vegetables, and sweet and savory specialties.
