Assaggi pursues fine flavors through a selection of products and producers of the highest quality. The menu changes with the season and is inspired by other areas of Italy too, such as Gragnano pasta served with classic Mediterranean sauces and the finest cured meats from Antica Ardenga. The wine list takes you on a tour of Tuscany, straying occasionally into the rest of Italy.
