There’s no better way to begin the day than with our buffet breakfast. A selection of producers handpicked by Eataly, which guarantee the quality of ingredients and, in particular, the choice of cakes and croissants by Luca Montersino; a platter of Upper Lange cheeses and traditional Parma cured meats from Antica Ardenga; then there’s a large variety of jams and honeys, different kinds of bread, a choice of crispy cereals, as well as seasonal fruit and vegetables. Finish your breakfast with scrambled eggs, bacon and other light and indulgent foods, according to your tastes and desires.
