Enzo Petté Chef
Born in Germany in 1970 and brought up in Lombardy, Enzo Petté became passionate about cooking at a young age by following in his family’s footsteps. His enthusiasm, sacrifice and humility make him the professional he is today.
He honed his traditional cooking skills in Tuscany, gaining a Michelin star at Osteria del Vicario in 2003. Then he became Executive Chef of Hostaria & Bibendum of Florence’s Helvetia & Bristol, one of the city’s most refined 5-star hotels, where he had the honor of cooking for celebrities like Madonna.
After several years spent overseas, he decided to return home, becoming Executive Chef of Sfizio Restaurant by Eataly, the restaurant at Rosa Grand Milano – Starhotels Collezione, in October 2016.
To this new experience Petté brings his kitchen philosophy of traditional recipes and attention to detail, enriched with a personal touch that focuses on strictly seasonal and local ingredients.
In his free time, Enzo tends to his pets, which include 4 geese, as well as cultivating his love of travelling and tennis.
