Ceci Family

The history of the Ceci family starts in the province of Parma in the early twentieth century, with the management of the old tavern of the village of Collecchio, which housed customers on their way to Fornovo and La Spezia. In the 60s the adventure begins in the nearby Villa Maria Luigia, the ancient residence of the Duchess of Parma.  In a few years the Villa became a prestigious location where to enjoy the good traditional Emilian cuisine: in the 80s it got the Michelin star and in 1999 it was recognized by the New York Times as one of the most prestigious restaurants in Emilia Romagna and mentioned in the "Travel" section.

From 2015, the Ceci Family manages the restaurant of the Starhotels Du Parc, bringing traditional local and international dishes to the dinners atCanova by Eataly restaurant, in a reserved and elegant setting.
