The hotel has 102 rooms, all decorated with an eye for the smallest detail. Grey and beige furnishings reveal a careful choice of materials, inspired by the colours of Tuscany. Practical and relaxing, the atmosphere has a rural flavour. All rooms feature the famous soft goose down Starbed.

Bar & Restaurant
Assaggi bar is in a corner of the lobby of our boutique 4 star hotel in Florence. The light colour of natural wood contrasts with the darker colours of the finish, matching the leather of the chairs. Assaggi restaurant is a real back-to-roots experience with photography of peasant Tuscan life and large windows opening onto a garden. The traditional Tuscan menu features local charcuterie, meat and soup dishes. It is also the ideal location for cocktails and events for up to 115 people.

Relaxing
The way to the library from the lobby is beautifully decorated with charming objects and pots with olive trees and lavender. Unwind in the library, perusing books on art, cookery and history. Further along, another mellow room features a fireplace in Pietra Serena, ideal for small parties. A modern equipped fitness room is open to guests.
