Museum Chiossone

Museum of the Tesoro di San Lorenzo (Treasure of Saint Lorenzo)
Among the most significant works that can be admired at the Museum, the green glass Sacro Catino (Holy Basin) of Islamic workmanship dating back to the IX century after Christ and considered one of the relics from the last Supper, the Arca delle Ceneri of San Giovanni Battista, that, according to tradition, was donated to the Cathedral by emperor Federico Barbarossa.
