Borsari 1870 Collection
The collection is divided into two section: the first is dedicated to the Parma violet, while the second is related to the evolution of the style of its perfume. Amedeo Bocchi Museum
Palazzo Sancitale houses the museum and it collects the works by Amedeo Bocchi, leading figure of the Italian XX century. His family is the undisputed protagonist of his paintings, as witnessed by the ‘20s and ‘30s masterpieces such as “Niccolina con chitarra” (Niccolina with guitar) (1919) or “Ritratto di Bianca” (Portrait of Bianca) (1933). Arturo Toscanini’s name is connected to the Teatro Alla Scala of Milan, the Metropolitan of New York and the Teatro Regio of Turin. Museum of "Marie Louise and Napoleon" ‘s Testimonies

The Doge’s Palace
The building, designed by Vignola, transformed and completed by Petitot, houses marvellous rooms frescoed by Benigno Bossi, Girolamo Mirala and Jacopo Bertoja. The starhotels du Parc is connected directly to the Doge’s Park by a narrow liberty style bridge.

Saint Paul’s Room

The Castle of Torrecchiara
Located at approximately 17 km from Parma this castle was built by Pier Maria Rossi between 1448 and 1460. Inside it houses the famous Golden room attributed to Benedetto Bembo.

Certosa Di Parma
It is located at only 4 km from Parma. Founded in 1225, it was the residence of the Carthusian monks for about 500 years. Through the years thereafter the Carthusian monastery housed various structures such as Manifattura Tabacchi, a rehabilitation institute. Today it’s the seat of the Warders School. The church built in 1772 preserves frescoes by Galeotti. The Carthusian monastery of Parma has inspired Stendhal’s homonymous work.
Montechiarugolo Castle
At only 16 km from Parma. In the XVI century, thanks to Pomponio Torelli, eminent humanist and man of letters, it became the destination of a selected group of artists and illustrious guests, among whom Pope Paul III. It includes numerous frescoed rooms where the phantom of Fay Bema is said to be wandering.

Sala Baganza Rock
At only 10 km from Parma. Residence of the Sanvitale family since 1258 and for over 350 years, then of the Farnese Borbone families.
