In view of a new loyalty program the card issue has been suspended but the rewards scheme is still available for existing members.
Starhotels Easytravel Club benefits
- A room guaranteed without booking on arrival by 6:00 pm, except during trade fairs or special events
- 10% of the total room rate will be credited to a personal
account and can be used:
- on future stays at any of our hotels in Italy and Paris, during any period and any day of the week
- to donate to another person for a stay at any of our hotels in Italy and Paris, during any period and any day of the week
- to convert into Alitalia Miles at the rate of 5 miles for each accumulated Euro
- Priority on waiting lists during city trade fairs or special events
- Complimentary Night Comfort Kit, unisex nightshirt and toiletries necessary for an unplanned overnight hotel stay (by request only)
Hotel Discounts
- 10% discount off Rack, Corporate, Promo and Leisure room rates
- 10% discount at the hotel restaurant
- 50% discount for "day use" room with check-out by 6:00pm
- Complimentary extra bed for a child (no age limit) when staying in parent's room, breakfast included
- 50% discount off the room rate for any second room occupied by children (no age limit)
Easytravel Club Services
- Additional Hotel Concierge Service - As an Easytravel club member our Concierge Service is available even when you are not staying at the hotel. Wherever they are, members of the Easytravel Club can count on the assistance of the Starhotels Concierges for information, a ticket to a show or a minor errand.
- Upgrading: room type upgrade upon arrival (based on availability)
- Late check-out at 4:00 pm
- Express check-out (to be requested upon arrival)
- Complimentary Newspaper of your choice
