A restaurant where you can savor the pleasures of Tuscan cooking, enjoy the quality of a perfectly cooked Chianina t-bone and explore other local recipes.
The partnership with Eataly pursues fine flavors through a selection of products and producers of the highest quality. The menu changes with the season and is inspired by other areas of Italy too, such as Gragnano pasta served with classic Mediterranean sauces and the finest cured meats from Antica Ardenga. The wine list takes you on a tour of Tuscany, straying occasionally into the rest of Italy.

Breakfast
You can taste the quality and signature of Eataly in this buffet breakfast to meet the taste and needs of every single guest. Begin with a classic croissant, made using natural ingredients in Luca Montersino’s oven. Enjoy a typical Italian breakfast with caffe latte, butter and jam. Then fill up with seasonal fruit and vegetables, scrambled eggs and bacon, prosciutto and roast turkey slices, fruit juices, cereal and yogurt. Indulge by ordering off the à la carte menu: freshly squeezed fruit juices, a variety of omelets, green juices and delicious pancakes served with maple syrup.
